Orders can be refunded 2 weeks after purchasing and if the order has NOT been sent out.

*Custom orders can NOT be cancelled or refunded. This includes Custom orders of earrings, wall hanging, etc.

You have 24 hours to cancel Your order after it is placed. US orders & International

Custom clay earrings & wall hanging orders can NOT be cancelled.

*Earring designs/wall hangings*

All earrings and wall hangings are handmade with polymerclay! I will sometimes use paint for detailing or pastels for shading. Polymer clay is durable and can last a long time if taken care of properly! In every order I include tips on how to take care of your babies <3

*CUSTOMS*

I try my hardest to keep everyone updated on my Instagram about Custom earrings/wall hanging openings and how many spots will be available.

When buying a custom earring set or wall hanging, we will go over your designs/ideas through email. Once you purchase your custom spot, you can take your time on coming to me with your ideas! I get how fun it can be and hard on choosing a design! for example: I had a customer take 2 months to come to me with her Idea, I am willing to wait, to ensure we make your dream custom come true!

*Wrong order*

If You received a wrong order, please send me an email, so we can get the wrong order returned and get the correct one out to you!🖤
